My Top Two Grocery Store Pet Peeves

#1. Cashiers who don’t know how to pack my groceries.
Apples DO NOT belong on top of lettuce. I don’t know about you, but I don’t like my lettuce bruised, wilted and soggy. Jars of marinara sauce do not belong in the bag with the bread. I prefer meat and chicken be in it’s own bag. Do they not advise the cashiers how to pack out??

#2. The customer behind me practically pushing me out.
I don’t like having to ask you to back up so I can get to the debit card/credit card terminal to swipe my card and pay thank you very much. Unless you’re going to pay for my order, BACK OFF!!

    I bag my own groceries so I don’t have to deal with them screwing it up.

    I hate it when people talk down to my kids or offer them candy or wierd little trinkets to take home. They are young and haven’t quite figured out that junk is junk, but they are getting there ;-)

    I guess I should be glad for the opportunity to teach them something eh’?
