Magpie and what’s on the needles…

At a local vintage shop, Magpie, I found…

I actually already have this book with the newer cover:

Complete guide to needlework

but the older one reminds me of my mom, since that’s the one she had. I think my father gave her book away when she past away. She died almost 14 years ago  of inflammatory breast cancer. If you don’t know about IBC (it’s a rare form of breast cancer) please check out the links and learn about it. Every woman should be informed and aware of this rare breast cancer.

On the needles:

    Eunny’s socks will be beautiful! You are a brave woman, I love the pattern, but don’t have the guts to do 100 stitch socks yet, much less on circulars, and two at the same time, whew!

    Thanks eve! ;) Yeah, I rearranged the charts (in Word and in landscape) for Eunny’s socks so they are in order and added in the k1tbl in between so it’s real easy to follow now!
